2.3 AI Processing
Voice Conversations
When you use our AI voice coaching feature, your voice input is processed by AI services such as Google Gemini to provide real time responses. Voice data is processed in real time and is not stored after the session ends.
Task Analysis
We use AI to analyze your tasks and provide personalized recommendations, breakdowns, and time estimates.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the App, process and sync your tasks across connected services, provide AI powered coaching, task breakdowns, and productivity insights, send you notifications and reminders you have configured, respond to your inquiries and provide customer support, monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve user experience, and detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats.

We use third party services to help operate our App, including Supabase for database and authentication services, Google Cloud and Gemini API for AI processing for voice coaching, and Expo and EAS for app build and distribution services.

When you connect external services such as Trello, Notion, or Todoist, your task data is shared between Mayclear and those services according to their respective privacy policies.
